You've wanted to try yoga for a while. But every time you do, something gets in the way.

You actually want to move your body. You want to feel strong, mobile, and at home on the mat. You just need someone to show you exactly where to start — without the overwhelm, without the intimidation, and without needing an hour to spare.

You keep telling yourself you'll start when you're more flexible.
So you put it off. And off. And off. (Here's the thing — flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga. It's a side effect.)

You've tried YouTube, but it's overwhelming.
Thousands of videos, zero guidance on where to actually start. You don't know what you don't know — and scrolling through options for 20 minutes before giving up isn't working.

You've tried a class and felt completely lost.
Everyone seemed to already know what they were doing. You were three poses behind, not sure if you were doing anything right, and left feeling worse than when you walked in.

You don't have an hour to spare.
Between work, kids, workouts, and everything else — finding time to drive to a studio and back isn't realistic. You need something that actually fits your life.

Most beginner yoga content drops you straight into a flow and expects you to keep up. You're watching the instructor, copying shapes, hearing pose names you've never encountered, and wondering if you're doing anything right — all at the same time. That's not a yoga problem. That's a foundation problem.

When nobody teaches you the basics before the flow starts — what the poses are called, how they feel in your body, and how to make each one work for you — every class feels like starting from scratch. So you stop trying.

The Confident Beginner Yogi Blueprint fixes that at the root. And unlike most yoga content that offers "modifications" for beginners, every pose here comes with customization options — because there's no single right way to be in any pose. There's only the right way for your body, today.

The reason yoga hasn't stuck yet has nothing to do with your flexibility.

Introducing the Confident Beginner Yogi Blueprint

A four-part pre-recorded workshop series designed for busy women who are brand new to yoga — or who have tried before and never quite found their footing.

Across four sessions, you'll build a complete working knowledge of 25+ of the most common yoga poses — with the alignment cues, the "why," and the customization options that most yoga content leaves out entirely. You'll finish with two guided flows you can practice anytime, anywhere, and actually feel confident doing.

This is the starting point you've been looking for.

No studio.

No commute.

No perfect timing required.

Sessions range from 30–45 minutes and are yours to watch, pause, rewind, and repeat as many times as you need — on your schedule, at your own pace, in whatever version of the poses feels right for your body that day.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED

Four workshops. 25+ poses. Two flows. Total confidence.

the Confident Beginner Yogi Blueprint

LET'S BREAK DOWN WHAT'S INCLUDED

The foundation before the foundation. Before we touch a single pose, you'll understand why yoga works, how to make it fit your life, and what tools help (and what you can improvise with from around the house). Then we dive into the three poses you'll do more than any others — mountain, forward fold, and halfway lift — with the kind of deep, unhurried breakdown that most classes skip entirely. By the end of this session you'll already move differently than when you started.

Welcome to Your Practice

01

The standing poses that show up in virtually every yoga class you'll ever take. Warrior 1, warrior 2, high crescent lunge, reverse warrior, extended side angle, and wide leg forward fold — each one taught with Shauna's signature "railroad tracks vs. tightrope" framework so you always know exactly where your feet go and why. Multiple customization options for every pose, every body.

Standing Strong

02

Your introduction to the floor. Cat/cow, tabletop, plank (including forearm and side plank options), the full cobra progression from baby cobra all the way to upward facing dog, locust pose, child's pose, and downward facing dog — including dolphin as a wrist-friendly alternative. This is the session that makes sense of all those poses you've seen and wondered "am I doing that right?"

Getting Grounded

03

The biggest session of the four — and worth every minute. You'll finish your floor pose library with low lunge, tree pose, warrior 3, bridge, reclined figure 4, half pigeon, happy baby, supine twist, and savasana. Then you'll put everything together in guided Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B flows — the sequences at the heart of most yoga classes — with your own customizations already built in. This is the session where it all clicks.

Bringing It All Together

04

Your visual companion to the whole series. All 20 foundational poses with English and Sanskrit names, step-by-step instructions, photos of Shauna demonstrating each pose, and customization options for every body. Keep it on your phone, print it out, bookmark it — it's yours forever and it's the thing you'll pull up every time you want a quick reminder before you press play.

I'm a 200-hr certified yoga teacher with 14 years of practice and 9 years of teaching experience, specializing in Vinyasa and Ashtanga-style yoga for busy women who want to move well and feel good in their bodies without making it complicated.

I teach corporate settings, online classes, and workshops, and no matter the setting, my approach is always the same: clear explanations, real options for real bodies, and zero pressure to be anyone other than exactly who you are on the mat.

I built the Confident Beginner Yogi Blueprint because I was once exactly where you are — overwhelmed, under-informed, and convinced that yoga just wasn't for me. It took finding the right teacher to change that. I want to be that teacher for you.

My goal for every session is simple: I want you to walk away feeling like you actually know what you're doing and like your body is something to work with, not something to work around.

Hi, I'm Shauna!

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

None at all. The Blueprint was built specifically for women who are completely new to yoga or have tried before and never felt confident. Session 1 starts from the very beginning. We don't assume you know anything, and that's intentional.

Do I need any yoga experience?

Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga; it's a side effect. Every single pose in this Blueprint comes with customization options to meet your body exactly where it is today. The goal is never to look like a picture in a book. It's to find what feels right in your body.

What if I'm not flexible?

Sessions 1, 2, and 3 are approximately 30–35 minutes each. Session 4 is the longest at around 45 minutes — it covers the most ground and ends with your guided Sun A and Sun B flows. All sessions are self-paced, so pause, rewind, and repeat as many times as you need.

How long are the sessions?

YouTube flows assume you already know the poses. The Blueprint teaches you the poses first — the names, the alignment, the why, and how to customize every one for your body — so that when you do follow along with any video, you actually know what you're doing. Think of it as learning the language before trying to have a conversation.

How is this different from just watching YouTube yoga videos?

Absolutely! That's the intention. You have lifetime access to everything, and Shauna specifically encourages you to revisit sessions, take notes on your preferred customizations, and build your own practice over time.

Can I practice these sessions more than once?

The $37 founding member price is a one-time launch offer. Once this window closes, the Blueprint returns to its regular price of $97. If you've been on the fence, this is the time.

Why is the price so low right now?

Forever. Once you grab it, it's yours. Come back to it any time you need a refresher, want to revisit a pose, or just want to remember why you started.

How long do I have access?

Just a yoga mat. A chair and yoga blocks are helpful. Shauna shows you how to use both throughout,  but she always offers options that work without any props at all. If you don't have blocks, a sturdy water bottle or shoebox works just fine.

What equipment do I need?
